From the date of CD maturity, you will have 7 days to close your CD. To close your in-app opened CD:
- Log in to the East West Bank Mobile app
- Tap your CD under Manage Accounts on the Dashboard
- Tap on the upper right hand corner,
- Tap Close CD
- Confirm the qualifying checking or savings account to which you would like to transfer the full balance of your CD
- Tap Submit
Note: The Close CD option is only available for 8 calendar days, starting from the CD maturity date + 7 calendar days.
