You can only cancel a Bill Pay payment if the payment status is listed as “Pending” in your bill payment history.​
When using Bill Pay on the Mobile App, follow the instructions below to cancel a Bill Pay payment:​
  1. On the bottom of the dashboard, tap Move Money ​
  2. Tap Pay Bills to enter the Bill Pay page and tap     on the upper right corner​
  3. Tap Payment History and locate the payment that you would like to cancel​
4.  Tap Cancel this transaction to cancel the payment​
Note: Bill Pay can only cancel a payment that’s in a pending status. Please contact the payee directly for handling cancellation of a payment that is in an in-progress or complete status​
When using Bill Pay in Online Banking, follow the instructions below to cancel a Bill Pay payment:​
  1. Sign in to Online Banking​
  2. Select Move Money > Pay Bills > View Scheduled Payments and locate the select the payment that you would like to cancel​
  3. Select Cancel this transaction to cancel the payment
