To initiate an Alipay transfer to a new recipient, login to the mobile app and select Move money on the bottom of the dashboard, and then select Transfer. Select Create new recipient in the Send to field and Alipay Account as the transfer type. If you’ve already sent money to an Alipay recipient before, you can select the existing Alipay recipient’s name from the Send to list. Then, simply enter the transfer amount in USD and new recipient information (if applicable) to proceed.​
